Kareena Kapoor has called Aamir Khan "a living legend".
The two stars act opposite each other in the thriller Talaash.
Kareena told The Times of India: "Aamir is a living legend. He has a beautiful mind and he definitely is one of the finest actors of all time."
Kareena's sister Karisma Kapoor added: "Aamir is most definitely an icon and a true legend. He is always up to something new and different. I've had the opportunity of working with him in iconic films like Raja Hindustani and Andaaz Apna Apna.
"I'm really happy that after Talaash and 3 Idiots even Kareena-Aamir relationship has become a hit pair."
The actress claimed this year that her husband Saif Ali Khan was offered the leading role first.
Kapoor has described her own part in the film as one of the most powerful in her career so far.
